A fun and fast-paced aerobic workout influenced by latin and world music dance routines that's sweeping the nation!
Group Power
A challenging group weight training class that utilizes free-weights and music to sculpt and tone.
Cycle
Using the Precision Cycle model and the creativity and expertise of our Cycle Instructors, we'll have you feeling strong and energized in record time. Classes from beginner to expert offered.
Aqua Fit
Water-based aerobics for all skill levels in our heated, year-round pool. Classes offered throughout the day.
Step Mix
A step aerobic class with all the right moves and more, set to music.
Heart Smart
Low-impact aerobics class plus muscle toning designed active and young-at-heart 50+ participants.
TBC
Total Body Conditioning combines it all in this one, fast-paced workout with strength, cardio and agility work.
Hard Core Abs
Sculpt your abs fast in this ball and floor workout routine designed to target your abdominals, back muscles and core stability.
Start to Fitness
Combining dance, low-impact aerobics, toning with light weights and resistance bands you get a great 60 minute workout specifically designed with women in mind.
Cardio Moves
A 45-minute workout with dance-aerobic routines set to music, finishing with a group stretch.
